From the cartoonist: I was born in 1983 in Tehran, Iran. I started cartooning when I was a child. I held the first individual cartoon exhibition in Iranian House of Cartoons in Tehran in 2006. I also worked with Sotoone Azad cartoon newspaper in Iran for about one year. The most important thing that happened in my life and caused me to have powerful eagerness to continue this way as a cartoonist was meeting with the great Iranian cartoonist Kambiz Derambakhsh.
I believe that cartoons are an international language to express beliefs and emotions, a language without border and nationality.
Please describe the idea behind your cartoon: Sometimes, people are just a fake symbol of democracy.
