Since 1983, CIPE has partnered with local business associations, chambers of commerce, universities, think tanks and advocacy groups to advance democratic and economic reforms worldwide.
CIPE’s key program areas are enterprise ecosystems, business advocacy, democratic governance, anti-corruption, and trade facilitation. With headquarters in Washington, DC, CIPE teams are active all around the globe. A wide range of donors directly supports CIPE’s work, and we regularly collaborate with other international development and democracy organizations to carry out joint projects. A small grants program allows us to maintain a network of partners in more than 100 countries.
