Nataliia Zhuhai

Nataliia Zhuhai is the Program Officer at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE)’s Ukraine Office, with over fifteen years of experience working in the areas of improvement of business environment, public policy development, good governance practices, and journalism. Zhuhai managed a range of technical assistance projects in Ukraine focused on BAs participation in the decision-making process by improving their capacities to analyze policy and regulations, eliminate corruption risks and connected administrative burdens for SME.  She also worked with small and medium-sized businesses affected by the conflict in the East of Ukraine.

She started her career in journalism working with national information agencies and other media. In 2007, Zhuhai received a first prize award for the article devoted to reforming state-owned media on the national journalist contest held by OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine.

Zhuhai is a co-author of the manual ‘Lawmaking: Citizen Participation in the Legislative Process. Main Aspects of the Law drafting Process’; holds a Master’s in Philology, and a Kiplinger Program’s Certificate (John Glenn School of Public Affairs at the Ohio State University) in Digital Media.
