Ieva Lapeikiene is the Head of Collective action initiative ‘Clear Wave’. Since 2015 Ieva is responsible for the development of the initiative, upholds internal and external activities and is actively involved in communication with initiative members, partners, media, government and other stakeholders. Ieva has over 14 years’ work experience in business networks and NGO. Before joining ‘Clear wave‘, she supervised Executive trainings at Baltic Management Institute and was the Executive director at two foreign chambers of commerce operating in Lithuania. Her main topics of interest today are ethical business promotion for business society and local communities.
Clear Wave
Collective action initiative ‘Clear wave’ was established in 2007 to encourage a transparent and ethical business practice in Lithuania. Started as a transparent business labelling initiative ‘Clear wave’ expends its agenda and seeks to become more as a reference point for the companies, which are looking for the favourable platform to exchange knowledge and best practices on how to improve their business integrity.

Ekaterina (Katya) Lysova is a Program Officer for Eurasia at the Center for International Private Enterprise. She has over 15 years of experience working on issues of media freedom, civil society development, and anti-corruption in the former Soviet Union. She worked as a media lawyer for an IREX project supporting independent media in Russia, served as a Eurasia media law consultant for Freedom House and the Committee to Protect Journalists in New York, and conducted her two-year project on Russia’s media and security sector reforms at the University of Cologne as a German Chancellor Scholar. Prior to joining CIPE, Lysova specialized on corporate integrity compliance and fraud & corruption investigations while working as a lawyer for TRACE International and the World Bank’s Integrity Vice Presidency (INT). Lysova received her Ph.D. in law at Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok, Russia, and holds a Master’s degree from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service with a focus on international development. Lysova is a native Russian speaker, fluent in English, and proficient in German.
