Kendra Brock is an Associate Program Officer for Asia and the Pacific at CIPE. Kendra works on corrosive capital, with a focus on mitigating governance gaps associated with infrastructure investment and supports programs in Southeast Asia that build networks promoting transparency and good governance. Prior to their work with CIPE, Kendra was a research associate with the U.S.-China Economic and Security Commission, where they researched Chinese overseas investments, and an intern for the Center for Strategic and International Studies, where they researched Chinese infrastructure investments in Pakistan and the Western Balkans. Kendra holds a MA in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University and a BSW in Social Work from Harding University.
