Tamsin Avra

Tamsin Avra is the External Relations Officer at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE). Her work primarily consists of synchronizing the efforts of the Government Relations department, Development & Partnerships department, the Executive Office, and CIPE Board of Directors. Tamsin earned her M.A. from the University of Chicago. Prior to joining CIPE, she spent several years managing Congressional relations at a human rights NGO.
