Bea serves as Center for International Private Enterprise Philippines program officer.
Bea supports the design and implementation of a portfolio of projects related to governance and anti-corruption, gender diversity, equity and inclusion, strengthening business associations, think tanks and civil society organizations, and enabling stakeholder participation in policy advocacy.
She previously served as policy advocacy and research specialist at the American Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines where she supported the implementation of the “Arangkada Philippines Project” and led policy initiatives together with the Joint Foreign Chambers (JFC) in promoting better investment climate including attracting foreign direct investments, improving competitiveness and ease of doing business as well as accelerating growth of industries for inclusive economic growth.
She holds a Master of Arts in Political Economy with specialization in International Relations and Development from the University of Asia and the Pacific, and an A.B. in International Studies from the College of Holy Spirit, Manila.
