The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) is providing women in Azerbaijan with the skills, resources, and tools necessary to pursue entrepreneurship and increase their participation in the local economy through training curricula and on-demand trainings within the “Women Do Business+” project. It aims to support women’s economic and social participation and leadership by improving their economic opportunities as entrepreneurs or in quality jobs by building skills, knowledge, and networks.
Key Activities include:
- Tailored trainings on business development, professional development, leadership, and marketing
- Provision of seed capital to start or improve businesses
- Networking opportunities
- Mentorship support
