Through targeted mentorship and investor engagement, CIPE addressed critical barriers, such as limited access to finance, to help entrepreneurs scale their businesses and support Bahrain’s economic diversification goals. Meet inspiring participants like Chef Fajer Al Mansoori, who turned guidance into growth, expanding her enterprise and building a robust social media presence.

Key Impact Highlights

  • 62% of the 50 MSMEs that participated indicated increased growth in either revenue, sales volume, profits, employment, client base, or a combination of the above.
  • 28% of the 35 investors trained in the program were women.
  • 7 sectors represented by mentors, including consulting, manufacturing, technology, banking, and sports and fitness.

The effort was part of the CIPE-implemented Economic Diversification and Access to Finance in Bahrain project, funded by the U.S. Department of State (MEPI) to support the growth of Bahraini MSMEs.
