Lesly Henderson-Rubio is a Senior Program Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE). She has over a decade of experience in project management, private sector engagement and public policy. With a strong background in international development, she has provided technical and operational support for various projects in Latin America.
Previously, Lesly has designed and implemented export strategies in Guatemala, identifying opportunities to access new markets and promoting investment and international trade. She has also worked closely with international development organizations, playing a key role in consolidating strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors to implement innovative solutions to urgent challenges and promote sustainable development in the region.
Lesly holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Francisco Marroquín University in Guatemala. She also has a Master’s in Public Policy from KDI School of Public Policy and Management in Seoul, South Korea.
