Nargiza holds an LL.B in International and Business Law from American University in Central Asia in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, and an MBA in International Commerce from Cheongju University, South Korea. She is an alumnus of the Korean Governmental Scholarship Program sponsored by the National Institute for International Development.
Most recently Nargiza worked at AmCham Kyrgyzstan as a Project and Membership Development Manager. Nargiza has experience in brand development and positioning. She was actively involved in the development of a new organization concept and effectively implemented a strategic plan that positioned AmCham as a successful business association with a global network and opportunities in 2014-2017. She was actively involved in the One Village One Product (OVOP) Promotion Project (JICA) in 2014 and got acquainted with the OVOP approach. She also provided support in training local government officials on various OVOP schemes including product development, community development, and human resource development.
