Onorina Soric is based in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, where she works as CIPE’s Program Manager for Moldova. She is managing CIPE’s NED, SIDA and USAID-funded programs in Moldova.
Onorina graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, earning a BA in International Economic Relations, an MS in Business Administration, and later an accredited Prince 2 project management certification. Before joining CIPE, she worked on strengthening local democracy and self-governance with the Council of Europe in Chisinau. Prior work focused on strengthening the parliamentary governance in Moldova with UNDP, consolidating the Moldovan diaspora engagement with the State Chancellery of the Moldovan Government, and enhancing economic growth through the public and private sectors.
In her spare time, she enjoys fitness, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
