Richard Christel leads the Anti-Corruption Rapid Response Program at the Anti-Corruption and Governance Center at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE). This program spans several countries and is aimed at solidifying anti-corruption gains in windows of opportunity.
Prior to joining CIPE, Richard held roles at the World Resources Institute’s Climate Resilience Practice and at the Transparency and Accountability Initiative, a funder collaborative aimed at increasing effectiveness of good governance philanthropy. Richard holds an M.A. in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University, where he focused on anti-corruption and armed conflict.
